Mediators and Arbitrators

As independent sole practitioners, our barristers are ideally positioned to act as independent Mediators or Arbitrators in any dispute.

Our barrister Mediators are trained and accredited Mediators. Barristers Direct can recommend the appointment of a Mediator suited to dealing with the specific nature of your dispute.

Barristers Direct can also assist with the appointment of an Arbitrator to conduct an arbitration between parties to a dispute. With specialist experience in a range of disputes, Barristers Direct can provide you with a suitable Arbitrator from our network of barrister Arbitrators.

For a fixed fee of €325 plus VAT, one of our barristers will meet with you and provide you with expert advice and how best to proceed. Your barrister will not charge any further fee in respect of this consultation.
