When you contact us, our client advisors will speak to you about your legal query. You can let us know the brief circumstances of your case on a strictly confidential basis. Based on this information, we can help you select a barrister with the expertise that your case requires.
For a fixed fee of €250 plus VAT, Barristers Direct will arrange for one of our barristers to meet with you and give you expert legal advice. No further fee will be charged by your barrister for this consultation.
There is no obligation for you to proceed with any case once you have contacted us or even after you have met with your barrister.
The initial management of litigation can have a huge bearing on what happens to your case if it goes to court. Your barrister will ensure from the outset that you are put in the strongest possible position to advance your case in court.
If your case will involve legal proceedings being issued it may be necessary for you to instruct a solicitor.
If you do not already have a solicitor that you wish to instruct, your barrister can give you advice about selecting a solicitor. Your barrister will help you select a solicitor with the necessary experience, knowledge and expertise to meet your needs. Your barrister will have first-hand knowledge of a vast array of solicitors and can help you find one suitable for your case.
